【摘要】 目的探讨复杂性肱骨远端关节内粉碎性骨折的治疗。方法56例肱骨远端关节内粉碎性骨折按A0/ASIF分型,其中B型8例,C1型24例,C2型14例,C3型10例。分别采用克氏针、螺丝钉、解剖钢板等内固定,术后1周开始早期功能锻炼。结果56例病人随访时间9~24个月,平均15个月。按Aitken和Rorabeek标准进行功能评定。优30例,良16例,可6例,差4例,优良率82.1%。结论解剖钢板更适合人体解剖特点,有利于骨折愈合和关节重建,确保良好的功能恢复。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the treatment of complex intraarticular comminuted fractures of the distal humerus.Methods:56 cases of intraarticul comminuted fractures of distal humerus were treated by open reduction and internal fixation with K-wires,cancellous screw and anatomic plate,among which 8 cases were type B,24 type C1,14 type C2 and 10 type C3 according to the classification of AO/ASIF.Early dirigation was performed after operation.Results:All the 56 cases were followed up for 9 to 24 months (average 15 months),their curative effects were evaluated with the criteria of Aitkien and Rorabeek.The excellent and good rate was 82.1%.Conclusion:The anatomic plate is more adaptable to anatomical characteristics of human bone,by which it can be advantageous to reconstruction of joint promote the healing of fracture and achieve good function.更多还原
