【摘要】 目的:建立木糖醇注射液中木糖醇的含量测定方法。方法:参照国家药品标准,采用硫代硫酸钠滴定法进行木糖醇注射液中木糖醇的含量测定,并进行方法学考察,包括线性范围、精密度、稳定性、加样回收率等。结果:木糖醇在30~80mg/ml浓度范围内呈良好的线性关系,平均加样回收率为100.1%,RSD=0.6%。回收率达到100.1%。结论:本方法操作简单、快速、准确,适合医院制剂的质量检测。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:TO establish the method to determine the content of xyli to l in xylitol injection.Methods:According to national drug criterion of xylitol i njection,we adopted sodiumthiosulfate titrating method to determine the content of the xylitol,and carried on the methodology,including linearity range、prec ision、stability、average recovery and so on.Results:A good linearity range of w as30～80mg/ml,The average re-covery of xylitol was100.1%,RSD=0.60%.Conclusion :This method is simple、quick、accurate and is available for quality control of t he hos-pital preparation.更多还原
