【摘要】 目的:探讨高龄股骨转子间骨折的围手术期准备的方式。方法:本组45例高龄股骨转子间骨折,33例合并有内科疾病。术前及时诊断并治疗内科疾病,选择恰当的麻醉及手术方式,术后继续治疗,预防并发症。结果:38例经围手术期处理,顺利进行手术,7例因围手术期并发症采取保守治疗。围手术期并发症发生率为34.2%。结论:老年患者多合并内科疾病,手术风险大,只有充分做好术前准备,控制内科并发症,才能降低手术的风险,取得满意的疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To discuss the preparation of the perioperative period in elderly patients with intertrochanteric fracture.Methods:45cases of intertrochanteric fracture from Jan2003and Jan2005treated in our hospital were analysed retrospectively.There were13males and32females ages from61to95years old with an average age of79.1years.Among them,33cases were associated with different kinds of medical diseases.Results:After perioperative management,38cases were treated with operation smoothly,and the remains with non-operation because of complications.The interval from admission to operation was from2to21days,average7.1days.There were complications in4cases during the operation and13cases after operation,the incidence rate of complication was34.2%.Conclusion:The elderly patients often suffer from medical comorbidities.Well preparations of perioperative period must be done,so that we can get satisfactory effect.更多还原
