【摘要】 目的:评价缬沙坦对高血压靶器官损害的影响。方法:对45例高血压伴左室肥厚的患者用缬沙坦80～160mg治疗6个月后与治疗前比较。结果:缬沙坦治疗后收缩压及舒张压均较服药前明显下降(P<0.05)。左心室LVDd、IVST、LVPWT、LVMI在治疗6个月后有明显减轻(P<0.05)。24小时尿蛋白排泄量明显减少(P<0.05),但血肌酐、尿素氮变化不明显。结论:缬沙坦能有效降压并有保护心脏、肾脏的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the effect of valsartan on the target organic damage of primary hypertension.Methods:45patients with primary hypertension complicated by left ventricular hypertrophy were treated with valsartan for six months.Results:After treatment of valsartan,the systolic and diastolic blood pressures were reduced(P<0.05),LDVd,IVST,LVPWTand LVMI were decreased(P<0.05),the output of proˉteinuria in24hours was distinctly decreased(P<0.05),but serum creatinine(Scr),blood urea nitrogen(BUN)were not changed comparted with those before treatment.Conclusion:Valsartan was effective in the treatment of hypertension,and also capable of protecting heart and kidney.更多还原
