【摘要】 目的:为减少胆管探查术后T管引流胆汁丢失的有效方法。方法:对22例胆管良性疾病T管引流术后的病人采用早期低压灌洗与夹管处理。即从术后3天起用生理盐水抗生素溶液进行灌洗,压力为2.35～2.60kPa,连续3天,每次200ml,能顺利滴入者给于夹闭T型管。结果:21例病人实现早期夹管,胆汁丢失量比对照组减少一倍以上。结论:早期低压灌洗可以减少术后胆汁丢失,维护术后水电解质平衡,加快病人的康复。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the effective method of reducing bile loss after exploration of biliary duct.Methods:22patients with benign diseases after exploration of biliary duct were performed with early low pressure lavation and closing T-tube on days3～6after operaˉtion.The lavation solution was consisted of0.9%natrium chloride and antibiotic,the laving pressure was2.35kPa～2.6kPa,the T-tube was closed as solution200ml was laved into the bile duct without any discomfort.Results:Early closing T-tube was performed successfully in21patients.The loss volume of bile in the experimental group was decreased by one time or more than that in the control group.Conclusion:Early low pressure lavation and closing T-tube can reduce the bile loss,maintain the postoperative balance of water-electrolyte metabolismand promote the patient recovery after operation.更多还原
