【摘要】 目的:评价双苓止泻口服治疗小儿秋季腹泻的疗效。方法:114例轮状病毒肠炎患儿随机分成双苓止泻口服液治疗组和常规治疗对照组。结果:治疗组和对照组总有效率分别为96.4%和87.0%,两组比较差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论:双苓止泻口服液治疗小儿秋季腹泻见效快,疗效肯定,不良反应少。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the clinical effect of the shuangling antidiarrheal oral liquor as therapy for infants with autumn diarˉrhea.Methods:114infants with autumn diarrhea were randomly divided into two groups:treatment group with shuangling antidiarrheal oreal liquor and control group with the usual treatment.Results:The general effective rates of the drugs in the treatment group and the control group were96.4%and87.0%respectively,and a comparison of the data showed a siganificant difference between the two groups(P<0.01).Conclusion:Shuangling antidiarrheal oral liquor has a faster and more stable effect,with less side effects.It is a certain remedy for infants with autumn diarˉrhea,and suitable for clinical application.更多还原
