【摘要】 目的:研究穿琥宁注射液与临床常用18种药物配伍的稳定性。方法:考察穿琥宁注射液与18种药物配伍后在不同温度下的外观、pH值、微粒和紫外吸收度的变化。结果:穿琥宁注射液与丁胺卡那霉素、庆大霉素、氧氟沙星配伍后产生沉淀,与维生素C、维生素B6、ATP、辅酶A、胞二磷胆碱、氨茶碱、地塞米松、三氮唑核苷、青霉素钠、氨苄西林钠、头孢唑啉钠、头孢哌酮钠、头孢曲松钠、甲硝唑、替硝唑配伍后外观、pH值、微粒和紫外吸收度无显著变化。结论:穿琥宁注射液可与以上15种药物配伍应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the stability of kaki dehydrographollidi sauciness injection matched with18kinds of medicine most in use.Methods:The exterior,pH value,micrones and the change of ultraviolet absorptive degree of the compound medicines of kaki dehydroˉgraphollidi sauciness injection matched with18kinds of medicine were in vestigated respectively.Results:The compound medicines of kaki deˉhydrographollidi sauciness injection matched with amikacin,gentamicin and ofloxacin yielded sediment.The exterior,pH value,micrones and ulˉtraviolet absorptive degree of the compound medicines of kaki dehydrographollidi sauciness injection matched with vitaminum C,vitaminum B 6 ,ATP,coenzymum A,citicoline,aminophylline,dexamethasone,ribavirin,penicillin sodium,ampicillin sodium,cafazolin sodium,cefoperazone sodiˉum,cefatriaxone sodium,metronidazole and tinidazole had no significant change.Conclusion:Kaki dehydrographyollidi sauciness matched with15kinds of medicine as above-mentioned can be used compatiblely.更多还原
