【摘要】 目的探讨2型糖尿病人血清肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)与胰岛素抵抗之间的关系。方法用氧化酶法,放免法和酶联免疫法分别测定正常健康人23例,2型糖尿病人22例的空腹血糖、空腹胰岛素、血清TNF-α。计算胰岛素敏感指数(ISI)。结果2型糖尿病人TNF-α水平较正常对照组升高(P<0.01),而ISI较正常组降低(P<0.01)。结论2型糖尿病人TNF-α水平增高与胰岛素抵抗有关,可能参与2型糖尿病的发生和发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the relationship between tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)and insulin resistance in the serum of type2diabetes.Methods:The fasting blood glucose,fasting blood-insulin and serum TNF-αin23healthy persons(control group)and22type2diˉabetes patients were respectively measured by oxidase method,RIA and ELISA,and compared between two groups.The insulin sensitivity index(ISI)was calcuated.Results:The level of TNF-αin type2diabetes group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.01),but ISI was lower(P<0.01).Conclusion:In type2diabetes patients,the increase of TNF-αlevel is related to insulin resistance,which plays an imˉportant role in the occurrence and development of this disease.更多还原
