【摘要】 目的观察喜普妙对老年抑郁症的临床疗效及不良反应。方法应用喜普妙与麦普替林进行双盲对照研究,采用HAMD、TESS量表及临床疗效评定标准分别评定疗效及不良反应。结果喜普妙与麦普替林对老年抑郁症的疗效相当,但喜普妙显效时间快,不良反应少于麦普替林且轻微。结论喜普妙与麦普替林对老年抑郁症均有较好的疗效,但喜普妙显效快,不良反应轻微,安全性高,服药方式简捷,依从性好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To stady the efficacy and side effects of cipramil in the treatment of senile depression.Methods:Using cipramil and homemade maprotiline to make a doube-blind comparative stady,the efficacy was measured with hamilton depression scale(HAMD)and the side effects were assessed by the treatment emergent symptomscale(TESS).Results:Cipramil prossessed similar efficacy to Maprotiline in the treatment of senile depression,but it showed effect more quickly.The side effects of cipramil were less and slighter than those of maprotiline.Conclusion:Both cipramil and maprotitiline were effective in the treatmeat of senile depression,but cipremil showed effect fastly,with fewer side effects,good safety,excellent tolerance and it was easy to be took for patients.更多还原
