【摘要】 目的 :寻找一种理想的术前确定胫骨髓内针长度的简易方法。方法 :共收集从2001～2003年所收治的胫骨骨折患者25例 ,于术前利用胫骨干绝对长度测量法测得值 ,与术中两导针比差值法、透视尺测量法以及实用髓内针长度所得值比较。结果 :胫骨干绝对长度的人体体表标志测量法 ,所得数据与实用髓内针的平均差值为1. 68cm ,其标准差 (S)为0. 58。以1 5cm为修正数值 ,即胫骨干绝对长度的人体体表标志测量法所得数据L1,减去修正数值1 5cm ,所得值即为选取髓内针的参考值 (比较差异无显著性 ,P>0 .05)。与术中透视法等效 (L1～1.5与L3 比较差异无显著性 ,P>0 .01)。结论 :术前利用胫骨干绝对长度测量法测量 ,能够确定胫骨髓内针的准确长度。所得测量值减去1～1. 5cm后的长度即为髓内针准确长度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To seek the accurate and better method of determining tibial nail length based on anatomic landmarks before operaˉtion.Methods:There were25patients suffered from tibial fracture in our operative group from2001to2003.Three methods of tibial nail length determination were compared.Results:Tibial diaphyseal absolute length on anatomic landmarks(L 1 )was longer than nail lengths(L 4 )for each patient.Comparing these two data,mean residual quantity was about1.68cm and SD was0.58.We found that deducting1.5cm from the leg measurement gave appropriate nail lengths(P>0.05).There was no difference L 1 -1.5comparing with scanograms L 3 (P>0.1).Conclusion:We found that tibial diaphyseal absolute length on anatomic landmarks deducting1cm to1.5cm gave appropriate nail lengths.It was proved an easy,inexpensive,and accurate method of preoperative nail assessment.更多还原
