【摘要】 目的 :通过78例经手术病理证实的各类甲状腺结节的超声图像特征、边界以及结节血供综合分析 ,以提高超声术前诊断的准确率。方法 :超声多切面观察甲状腺结节特征 ,与周围组织关系 ,肿瘤血供情况。结果 :甲状腺瘤60例 ,诊断符合率95 .65 %,甲状腺癌15例 ,诊断符合率55. 56 %,结节性甲状腺肿3例 ,诊断符合率20 %。结论 :仔细分析超声改变 ,高频超声及多普勒超声的应用 ,可提高超声对甲状腺结节诊断的准确率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the characteristics of ultrasonography,boundary and blood supply of various types of thyroid modes in78cases confirmed by surgery and pathology,in order to improve the accurate rate of preoperative diagnosis of ultrasund.Methods:The characteristics,reˉlationship to peripheral tissues and blood supply of the thyroid nodes were multisectionally observed by ultrasound.Results:In60patients with thyrophyma,the coincidence rate of diagnosis was95.65%,which was55.56%in15cases with thyroid carcinoma and20%in3cases with thyroid intumescence of node.Conclusion:The careful study of the changes of ultrasound and application of high frequency ultrasound and color Doppler ultrasound can improve the accurate rate of ultrasonic diagnosis on the thyroid nodes.更多还原
