【摘要】 目的探讨灵活选用康复训练手法对早期脑瘫疗效的影响。方法将92例0～2岁脑瘫患儿随机分成A、B、C三组,A组31例,训练采用Bobath法,B组30例采用Vojta法为主,C组31例为治疗组,训练中灵活运用各种康复手法。结果半年后治疗组疗效明显优于A、B组(P<0.01)。结论灵活选用康复训练手法能较快的提高疗效,为脑瘫早期治疗争取了时间。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To discuss the effect of maneuvers of rehabilitation training on curative effect of early cerebral palsy.Methods:90cases with cerebral palsy,aged0～2years,were divided into3groups A,B and C randomly.31cases in A group were adopted with Bobath method,30cases in B group with Vojta method,31cases in C group were adopted with theapy method as a therapy group.The rehabilitation maˉneuvers of varying kinds were selected flexiblely in training.Results:After half a year,the curative effect of the therapy group was obviously better than that of group A and B(P<0.01).Conclusion:Selectiong the maneuvers of rehabilitation training flexiblely can quickly improve the curative effect,and race against time for early therapy of cerebral palsy.更多还原
