【摘要】 合成了5种1,3,4-噻二唑schiff碱化合物,经元素分析、IR、UV、1HNMR表征确证了其结构.初步抑菌试验表明,这几个化合物有一定的抗菌活性.

【Abstract】 Five schiff bases of 1,3,4-thiadiazole have been synthesized for the first time.The structure of five compounds were characterized by use of elementary analysis,IR,UV and HNMR.The bacteriostatic test show that above-mantioned compounds have antibacterial activity.
