【摘要】 目的对超细胆道镜联合球囊扩张治疗医源性高位胆道狭窄的疗效进行初步的探讨。方法医源性高位胆道狭窄患者8例,对其进行超细胆道镜联合球囊扩张治疗,并对其治疗前后T管造影、引流量、临床表现进行对比观察。结果8例病人均行随访,疗效满意。结论超细胆道镜联合球囊扩张治疗医源性高位胆道狭窄是有效且安全的治疗方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investgate the Ultrathin choledchoscopic balloon-dilating for theatment of iatrogenic high level bile duct stricture.Methods Eight cases with high level bile duct stricture were treated by using Ultrathin choledchoscopic balloon-dilating therapy.The effect was evaluated according to the cholangiography in the volume of drainage and the clinic feature.Results Eight patients were followed up with good results.Conclusions It is a safe and effective method to treat iatrogenic high level bile duct stricture by using Ultrathin choledchoscopic balloon-dilating therapy.更多还原
