【摘要】 目的调查研究69例胰岛素抵抗指数高值组和69例低值对照组的血液流变学指标水平,探讨在代谢综合征中血液流变学检测的临床意义。方法应用普利生N6A+全血粘度仪及LBY-NW1血浆粘度计检测血液流变学指标,并结合血压、血糖、血脂、胰岛素等相关指标进行研究。结果胰岛素抵抗指数高值组和低值对照组血流变指标有显著差异。结论血液流变学检测在胰岛素抵抗综合征形成过程中有显著升高,进行血流变指标检测在该疾病的早防早治中具有重要意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the relation between the hemorheological index and insulin resistance.Methods The hemorheological index was performed using the LBY-N6A+and LBY-NW1,HOMA-IRI were detected in 69 patients with high insulin resistance index and 69 control with low insulin resistance index by FBG and Fins,meanwhile,combined with blood pressure,blood glucose,blood fat,et al,to undertake cross-sectional study.Results The hemorheological index that of high HOMA-IRI group was higher than that of control group(P< 0.01),exception of HDL-C.Conclusion The hemorheological index are useful in assessing the risk of metabolic syndrome and in conducting the prevention and clinical treatment of the relating disease.更多还原
