颈动脉滤器脑保护装置的血液流变学研究
Hemorheology Study of the Device of Brain Protection-Carotid Artery Filtrum
【摘要】 目的 研究一种新型颈动脉滤器脑保护装置对颈动脉血液流变学的影响。方法 选择与人颈动脉血流比较接近的中华小型猪为动物模型,在猪颈动脉内置入滤器后分别应用激光衍射仪测量滤器远端和近端血液的流变学参数,研究颈动脉滤器置入对血液流变学的影响。结果 发现颈动脉滤器置入后,远端和近端血液的流变学参数有显著性差异,说明此新型颈动脉滤器保护装置确实能起到对脑的保护作用。
【Abstract】 Objective To study the effects of a new device of brain protection-carotid artery filtrum on hemorheological properties of carotidartery blood.Methods China mini-pigs,whose carotid artery blood flow is similar to that of human were selected as the animal model.After the filtrum was placed in the carotid artery,hemorheological parameters of blood at both far and near end of carotid artery were measured by a ektacytometer.Results The results showed that significant differences of hemorheological parameters were found between the two ends of the carotid artery,which illuminates that the new device,carotid artery filtrum can definitely protect brain.
