阴极沉积羟基磷灰石的成核机理
Nucleation Mechanism of HAP by Cathode Electrodeposition
【摘要】 通过恒电位沉积羟基磷灰石研究了其成核动力学,不同电位下的暂态i-t曲线不同,但是发现在不同的电位下,其i-t1/2曲线都呈直线关系,呈三维瞬时成核。晶体的生长速率随着外加电位的负移而增大,可见外加电位对晶体的生长具有显著的作用。
【Abstract】 The nucleation mechanism and kinetics of HAP by electrodeposition was studied through constant-potential experiments.The results showed that there were differenti-t transient curves at different potential.However,it was found that linear relationship existed between i-t1/2 at different potential with three-dimensional instantaneous nucleation.Crystal is grown faster with the negative shift of the additional potential,indicating that additional potential plays a remarkable role in the crystal growth.
