钨粉粒径对W-15Cu导热性能的影响
Effect of Particle Size on the Thermal Conductivity of W-15 Cu Composites
【摘要】 采用不同粒径的钨粉,用熔渗法制取钨铜两相假合金,分别测量其热导率,并在扫描电镜下观察熔渗后铜网络的分布,分析了钨粉粒径的大小对W-15Cu烧结行为的影响及其导热性能的影响。
【Abstract】 <Abstrcat>W-15Cu dual-phase pseudo-alloy is produced from different particle sized W powder by infiltration.The thermal conductivity is measured and SEM is used to observe the copper network.The effect of tungsten particle size on the sintering and thermal conductivity of W-15Cu is analyzed in this article.
