【摘要】 目的比较分析声带小结患者发音矫治前后电声门图参数变化,评价发音矫治对声带小结的疗效。方法对48例声带小结(软性小结)患者发音矫治(3~6个月)前后分别进行电声门图检测,并对其主要参数进行比较分析。结果发音矫治后平均基频、接触率较矫治前有显著性升高(P<0.05),基频微扰、振幅微扰、噪声能量较矫治前有显著性下降(P<0.05)。结论发音矫治前后电声门图参数变化结果提示,发音矫治对声带小结具有一定的治疗效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effects of voice treatment on cases with vocal nodules in a somparative way with the EGG parameters compared before and after the therapy.Methods Forty-eight cases with vocal nodules were included in this study and treated by voice treatment. During the therpeutic course, EGG parameters were assayed and the changes of these parameters were compared before and after the therapy. Results Significantly increased with the therapy progressing were the mean values of basic frequency and contact quotient(P<0.05),while markedly decreased after voice treatment were those of jitter, shimmer and noise energy(P<0.05).Conclusions It has been indicated that voice treatment should be effective for the treatment of vocal nodules as seen from the changes in EGG parameters in this group of cases.更多还原
