【摘要】 目的 探讨常年性变应性鼻炎的有效治疗方法。方法 利用等离子体手术系统治疗常年性变应性鼻 炎患者65例。结果术后随访1年,显效53例(81.5％),有效9例(13.8％),无效3例(4.6％)。总有效率为95.4％。 结论 利用等离子体手术系统治疗常年性变应性鼻炎具有疗效显著、损伤小、术野清晰、易操作等优点,值得临床推 广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the therapeutic effects of plasma surgery system(PS-S) on perennial allergic rhinitis (PAR). Methods Sixty-five cases with PAR were treated with PSS of ENTer-Coblator?Model. Results This therapy was significantly effective in 53 cases (81. 5%),effective in 9(13.8%) and ineffective in 3(4. 6%),with a total effective rate of 95. 3%. Conclusions PSS is very effective for the treatment of PAR, with such advantages as minimal invasion,clear surgical field and simple in operation,and is worthy of putting it into wider clinical use.更多还原
