20号钢热拉伸流变特性的研究(Ⅱ)
Study on the Rheological Properties of 20 Steel under Thermal Tension(Part Ⅱ)
【摘要】 为了进一步研究温度和应变速率对固体金属材料的粘性性质及其流变力学特性的影响,在温度为45 0℃、5 0 0℃、5 5 0℃和等应变速率(0 .0 5 /s~0 .2 /s)下对2 0号钢进行了一系列恒温恒应变速率实验,在Perzyna模型和Johnson -Cook模型的基础上建立了2 0号钢的高温流变应力模型,求出了与金属粘性有关的系数γ,并将模型计算结果与实验结果进行了比较,证实了该模型能更好的描述2 0号钢的温度效应和应变率效应
【Abstract】 In order to study the influences of temperature and strain rate upon viscosity and rheological properties of solid metal materials, a series of experiments under the same strain rates in the range of 0.05 /s~0.20 /s and at the constant temperatures in the range of 450~500 ℃ were done on the 20 steel. The rheological constitutive model of 20 steel is established on the basis of the Perzyna model and Johnson-Cook model. Furthermore, the coefficient γ related the viscosity was obtained.Comparing the results calculated from the model with the experiment results, it proves that the model can reflect the temperature effect and strain rate effect of 20 steel better.
