当归四逆加吴茱萸生姜汤和北细辛对小鼠血清中肌酐、一氧化氮的影响
The Effect of Danggui Sini Plus Wuzhuyu Shengjiang Tang and Asarum Heterotropoides Fr.var.Mandshuricum Kitag.on Cr and NO of Small Mices’ Renalis
【摘要】 目的观察当归四逆加吴茱萸生姜汤(原方)、原方去木通和北细辛对小鼠血清中肌酐(Cr)、一氧化氮(NO)的影响。方法将小鼠随机分为4组,各组分别以生理盐水及药物灌胃,每日1次,连续给药21d。检测各组对小鼠血清中Cr、NO指标的影响。结果当归四逆加吴茱萸生姜汤等药物组对Cr、NO指标均有影响(P<0.05)。结论当归四逆加吴茱萸生姜汤(原方)组、原方去木通组、北细辛组对肾脏均产生毒性。
【Abstract】 Objective To approach the toxicity of Danggui Sini plus Wuzhuyu Shengjiang Tang and Asarum heterotropoides Fr.var.mandshuricum Kitag.Method To observe the serum Cr,NO of mice in order to prove the toxicity of the medicine.Result Danggui Sini plus Wuzhuyu Shengjiang Tang and Asarum heterotropoides Fr.var.mandshuricum Kitag.can obviously increase the Cr and decrease the NO to the mice.Conclusion Danggui Sini plus Wuzhuyu and Asarum heterotropoides Fr.var.mandshuricum Kitag.has very obviously toxicity to mice by the way to influence the serum Cr and NO.
