【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the internal quality of Flos Lonicerae. Methods The content of chlorogenic acid were analyzed by HPLC, the constituents of vdatile oil were analyzed by assay instrument. Results The content of chlorogenic acid and vdatile oil, buds>flowers>leaves. Conclusion When Flos Lonicerae was chosen as medicine, it should have many buds little flowers and no leaves.更多还原
