【摘要】 目的探讨中药寒热配伍抑制大鼠佐剂性关节炎(adjuvantarthritis,AA)与调节T细胞亚群之间的相互关系。方法采用具有平调寒热、燮理阴阳、通经除痹作用的燮痹方,以药性偏温的火把花根作为阳性对照组;建立AA大鼠模型,随机分为6组,分别为燮痹方高、中、低剂量组,芬必得组,火把花根片组,模型组,观察各组对大鼠关节肿胀度和对T细胞亚群的影响,同时进行相关性统计学分析。结果燮痹方各组与模型组、火把花根片组、芬必得组相比,能显著减轻关节肿胀度,明显提高CD3+、CD4+、CD8+细胞数量,显著降低CD54表达量,明显降低T细胞亚群CD4+/CD8+比值。结论燮痹方能明显调节T细胞亚群失衡,并与其提高抗炎作用呈正相关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the relation of herbal Han-Re cooperation effect to the adjuvant arthritis (AA) rats and its regulative action on the T cell subgroup. Method Adopting the Xiebifang as the treated group. Selecting Huobahuagen tables as the control group. The AA rat model was made and randomly divided into six groups, the Xiebifang group, fenbid group, huobahuagen tablets group, model group. The oncotic degree of rat’s joints and the weight of thymus and spleen were observed. The numbers of CD3+、CD4+、CD8+cells were detected by flow cytometer and the ratio of CD4+/CD8+ was calculated. The results were analysed by the statistics. Result The oncotic degree of the rats of Xiebifang groups, compared with other groups, was alleviated. The numbers of CD3+、CD4+、CD8+ cells were significantly increased and the ratio of CD4+/CD8+ was lower than that of other groups. Conclusion Xiebifang can transparently regulate the out-of-balance of T cell subgroup and this action is positive to the anti-inflammatory action.更多还原
