骨碎补、淫羊藿、菟丝子总黄酮对成骨细胞体外培养影响的比较研究

【摘要】 目的骨碎补总黄酮、淫羊藿总黄酮及菟丝子总黄酮对成骨细胞体外培养影响的比较研究。方法UMA-106-01成骨细胞株进行成骨细胞培养,观察ALP活性和3H-TdR掺入的情况。结果24h培养液中骨碎补总黄酮ALP活性高于对照组,P<0.05;细胞内骨碎补总黄酮、淫羊藿总黄酮ALP活性显著增加,与对照组比较,P<0.05或P<0.001。48h培养液中骨碎补总黄酮、淫羊藿总黄酮、菟丝子总黄酮ALP活性高于对照组,P<0.05或P<0.001;细胞内骨碎补总黄酮、淫羊藿总黄酮、菟丝子总黄酮ALP活性显著增加,与对照组比较,P<0.001。骨碎补总黄酮、淫羊藿总黄酮24h3H计数显著高于对照组,P<0.001。结论3种中药总黄酮对成骨细胞活性的促进作用,以骨碎补总黄酮最为广泛,淫羊藿总黄酮次之,菟丝子总黄酮最差。

【Abstract】 Objective Comparative study on effects of Osteopractic total flavone, Yinyanghuo total flavone and Tusizi total flavone to osteoblasts cultured in vitro. Method While UMA-106-01 osteoblast strains were cultured to osteoblasts, the activity of ALP and the endosmosis of 3H-TdR were observed. Results In 24 hours, the activity of ALP in Osteopractic total flavone in the culture media was higher than that of contrast group, P<0.05. The activity of ALP in Osteopractic total flavone, Yinyanghuo total flavone and Tusizi total flavone in cells increased significantly. Compared with contrast group, P <0.05 or P <0.001. In 48 hours, the activity of ALP in Osteopractic total flavone, Yinyanghuo total flavone and Tusizi total flavone in the culture media was higher than that of contrast group, P <0.05 or P <0.001. The activity of ALP in Osteopractic total flavone, Yinyanghuo total flavone and Tusizi total flavone in cells increased significantly. Compared with contrast group, P <0.001. The numbers of 3H in Osteopractic total flavone and Yinyanghuo total flavone in 24 hours were much more than those of contrast groups, P <0.001. Conclusion Of all the three kind of flavones in the three herbs which can increase the activity of osteoblasts, the effect of Osteopractic total flavone is most widely. Secondly, Yinyanghuo total flavone, and thirdly, Tusizi total flavone.
