【摘要】 目的探讨六种常见病理舌色的定量方法以及与高血压病及其证候的相关性。方法用尼康5000数码相机拍摄舌象,输入计算机,建立舌色、高血压病舌象、证型数据库,作定量分析。结果淡红舌、淡白舌、红舌、红绛舌、青紫舌可以用量化值表示,不同舌色比较,数值之间存在显著差异(P<0.05,P<0.01)。高血压病舌色出现频率依次为红>暗红>淡红>红绛>青紫>淡白。肝阳上亢证是高血压病发病率最高的证型。不同证型舌色相应变化。结论Hue定量法更符合人眼对颜色的心理感知,各舌色可以用数值来量化,其定量值能反映不同的舌色,具有特异性。不同舌色在高血压病中出现的频率说明肝火与肝阳上亢是高血压病的基本病理机制,高血压病各证型其舌色的定量值不同。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the fix quantity method of pathological colour of the tongue and the analysis on relationship between colour of the tongue with disease and syndrome. Method Take tongue picture by nikang 5000 digtal camera, input compute, built modle about colour of the tongue, hypertension and syndrome, to make analysis of fix quantity value. Result Light-reddish tongue, pale tongue, red tongue, deep-red toungue and purplish tongue can be calculated by the figure. Different colours of the tongue, fix quantity are different (P <0.05, P <0.01). The rate of the tongue colours of hypertension is red> deep-red> light-reddish> crimson> purplish> pale. The syndrome of liver yang hyperactivity is the most common syndrome. Colours of the tongue will change in different syndrome. Conclusions Colours of the tongue can quantificated, the value reflect different colours of the tongue. It has peculiar.
