【摘要】 目的建立心泰胶囊质量控制方法。方法采用薄层色谱法对制剂中砂仁、檀香进行定性鉴别;用HPLC法测定制剂中丹参酮ⅡA含量。结果薄层色谱中斑点清晰,易于识别;HPLC法精密度、重现性良好,丹参酮ⅡA在0.00883～0.04416μg范围内有较好的线性关系,加样回收率为98.15%,RSD=1.85%。结论本法可有效控制心泰胶囊的质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To establish the quality standard for Xintai capsules. Methods Frutus amomi and Lignum Santali Albi were identified by TLC. The content of TanshinoneⅡA was determined by HPLC. Result The TLC spots developed were fairly and simply identical. HPLC was accurate and reproducible. TanshinoneⅡA showed a good linear relationship at a range of 0.00883～0.04416 μg. The recovery was 98.15% and RSD was 1.85%. Conclusion These methods can be used for the quality control of Xintai capsules effectively.更多还原
