【摘要】 目的研究隔药饼灸对高脂血症兔血浆内皮素(ET)和一氧化氮(NO)含量的影响,阐明隔药饼灸对高脂血症兔ET、NO的调节作用。方法用胆固醇高脂饮食喂养法建立兔高脂血症模型,运用隔药饼灸进行治疗。采用放射免疫法测定治疗后ET的含量,硝酸还原酶法测定NO的含量。结果隔药灸组血浆ET的含量明显低于模型组(P<0.05),但隔药灸组与直接灸组ET含量无统计学差异(P>0.05)。4组血浆NO的含量虽然有模型组<空白组<隔药饼灸组<直接灸组的趋势,但4组之间两两比较经统计学处理无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论隔药饼灸和直接灸组均对高脂血症兔血浆ET具有明显调节作用,且二者作用相近。对NO的调节作用不明显。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Through systemetic observation of moxibustion with medicinal cake to the regulated effect of hyperlipemia of the blood-lipid of rabbit, It expounds acting mechanism of this treatment. Method Using high fat diet of cholesterol the model of hypcrlipemia is established. Moxibustion with medicinal cake is used to treat it. Adopting radio-immunity, cholcsterol of endothelin (ET), the nitricoxide (NO) is determined with the method of nitratereductasc. Results The content of plasma ET of group of moxibustion with medicinal cake is obviously lower than that of group of model group, the difference between them has remarkable meaning (P <0.05). The content of endothelin in group of moxibustion with medicinal cake and direct moxibustion has no difference in statistics (P >0.05). Although the content of blood plasma NO in four groups has the trend of model group, group of blank space, group of moxibustion with medicinal cake and group of direct moxibustion. In comparison the two groups to another two groups these four groups have no difference with the management of statistics (P >0.05). Conclusions The moxibustion with medicinal cake and direct moxibustion have regulating and treating effect to the content of plasma ET of hyperlipemia rabbit.更多还原
