【摘要】 目的初步探讨黄芪注射液治疗糖尿病肾病的作用机制。方法68例糖尿病肾病患者随机分为治疗组(34例)和对照组(34例)。观察黄芪注射液对糖尿病患者24h尿蛋白、血肌酐(Cr)、尿素氮(BUN)、胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)及血液流变学指标的影响。结果治疗组患者24h尿蛋白、Cr、BUN及血液流变学各指标的水平明显降低,与治疗前比较差异有显著性(P<0.05);对照组患者各指标较治疗前亦有降低,但差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论黄芪注射液通过降低血脂、血粘度及抑制血小板聚集而起到治疗糖尿病肾病的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore preliminarily the mechanism of milkvetch root injection in treating diabetic nephropathy (DN). Methods Sixty-eight patients with DN were randomly divided into treatment group (n =34) and control group (n =34). To observe the changes of urinary protein per 24 h (up/24 h), creatinine (Cr), blood urea nitrogen (BUN), blood lipids (TG and TC) and hemorheology before and after one month of treatment. Results After one month of treatment, the serum level of up/24 h Cr, BUN, TG, TC and hemorheology were significantly lower than those before treatment in treatment group (P <0.05). While only few changes were found in control group (P >0.05). Conclusion Effects of milkveth root injection in treating DN might be through lowing the level of blood lipids, blood viscosity and inhibiting platelet aggregation.更多还原
