【Abstract】 Objective To establish a method for the quantitative determination of ferulic acid in Rhixoma et Radix Notopterygii. Methods HPLC is used for quantitative detemination of ferulic acid in Rhixoma et Radix Notopterygii. Results This method had good linear relationship during 18.82～188.2 μ g. The average recovery was 98.68% and RSD was 1.50% (n =6). Conclusion The method is sensitive, accurate and has good speciality. It can be used for the quality control of Rhixoma et Radix Notopterygii.更多还原
