电针对吗啡戒断大鼠一氧化氮影响的机理研究

【摘要】 目的探讨针刺改善吗啡戒断症状的作用机理。方法建立自然吗啡戒断大鼠模型,观察电针、L-Arg、L-NAME对吗啡戒断大鼠体重、戒断症状、脑组织和血液中NO、NOS的影响。结果与正常大鼠相比,吗啡戒断大鼠体重减轻,戒断症状明显,NO含量和NOS活性升高。电针组吗啡戒断大鼠体重增加,NO含量和NOS活性降低,与戒断组比较差异显著(P<0.05)。结论电针改善戒断症状的作用与NOS阻断剂L-NAME相似,调节NOS活性可能是电针改善吗啡戒断症状的作用机理之一。

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the mechanism of elecacupuncture (EA) improving morphine abstinence syndrome. Methods Morphine abstinence model of rats in nature was established. The effect of EA on nitric oxide syntheses (NOS) and nitric oxide (NO) activity in the blood and the brain, abstinence syndrome of morphine and body weight on abstinence syndrome of rats were observed. Result As compared with normal control group, the body weight of morphine abstinence rats were significant reduced, abstinence syndrome were seriously, the NO and NOS in the blood and the brain were increased. The body weight was increased, NO and NOS activity in the blood and the brain were decreased in EA group than that in abstinence syndrome group (P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of EA and L-NAME improving morphine abstinence syndrome were similar. The regulation effect of EA to NO and NOS activity may be one of the mechanisms of EA improve morphine abstinence syndrome.
