【摘要】 目的探讨痛风平对兔急性痛风性关节炎的药物作用。方法用微晶型尿酸钠(MSU)给兔关节腔内注射,造成兔急性痛风性关节炎模型,观察痛风平(中药组)、秋水仙碱(阳性药组)、模型组及正常组关节滑膜的病理改变。结果痛风平可明显减少关节滑膜中炎性细胞浸润,减轻急性痛风性关节炎造成的兔关节滑膜的充血、肿胀和坏死。结论痛风平可减轻兔急性痛风性关节炎的炎症反应,减轻由此引起的关节滑膜的病理改变。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the pharmacologic effect of Tongfengping on rabbit acute goute arthritis. Methods The rabbit acute goute arthritis model was made by injecting monosodium urate to rat joint cavity. The rats were divided into four groups which include Tongfengping group (Chinese Medicine group), colehicine group (positive drug group), model group and normal control group. The changes of joint synovial membrane were individually observed. Results Tongfengping can significantly reduce inflammatory cell infiltration. It also can relieve congestion, swelling and necrosis of rabbit joint synovial membrane caused by acute goute arthritis. Conclusions Tongfengping can reduce the inflammatory reaction caused by rabbit acute gouty arthritis and pathological changes of joint synovial membrane.更多还原
