【摘要】 目的探讨清肺口服液含药血清对腺病毒3I、7b感染的人胚肺成纤维细胞之肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)蛋白表达的影响。方法以3I、7b型腺病毒分别攻击体外培养的人胚肺成纤维细胞,制备清肺口服液含药血清,作用于该细胞;另设正常细胞组、病毒对照组、利巴韦林组,采用ELISA法检测不同组细胞上清液中TNF-α的含量,并进行比较。结果病毒对照组较正常细胞组之TNF-α含量明显增多(P<0.01),含药血清组可显著降低3I、7b型腺病毒攻击后细胞TNF-α的浓度(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论腺病毒感染可使人胚肺成纤维细胞TNF-α蛋白表达增高;清肺口服液可降低TNF-α的蛋白表达,这可能是其抗病毒作用的机制之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect of Qingfei oral liquid contained serum on the tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) protein expression of human embryonic lung fibroblast cells induced by adenovirus type 3I, 7b. Method We determined the TNF-αconcentration of ADV-infected human embryonic lung fibroblast cells before and after adding the contained-herbs serum with enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Results Adenovirus could increase the TNF- α concentration of human embryonic lung fibroblast cells (P<0.01). While Qingfei oral liquid could decrease them (P<0.01, P <0.05). Conclusions Qingfei oral liquid played an antiviral role by regulating some cytokine level.更多还原
