【摘要】 目的 建立中药槲寄生[Viscum coloratum (Komar.) Nakai]中紫丁香苷的含量测定方法。方法 Kromasil ODS C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 m)色谱柱;流动相为甲醇-1三氟乙酸(18∶82);流速为1 mL/min;检测波长为280 nm。结果 紫丁香苷在1.12～3.36 g范围内呈良好线性关系,回归方程为Y=715.38X-94.46, r=0.9996,平均回收率为98.65%,RSD=1.27%。结论 本方法简便、灵敏、准确、重现性好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To establish an RP-HPLC method for the determination of syringin in Viscum coloratum (Komar.) Nakai. Method The determination was carried out with RP-HPLC on Kromasil ODS C18 column (250 mm×4.6mm, 5 祄) with methanol-1?trifluoroacetic acid (18∶82) as the mobile phase, and detected at the UV wavelength of 280 nm. Results The calibration curve was in good linearity over the range of 1.12～3.36 礸 with the regression equation Y=715.38X -94.46, r=0.9996. The average recovery was 98.65% with RSD=1.27%. Conclusion The method appeared to be simple, sensitive, accurate and reproducible.更多还原
