【摘要】 目的 建立耳聋左慈丸的质量控制方法。方法 用薄层扫描法对耳聋左慈丸中有效成分熊果酸进行含量测定,采用硅胶 G 板,以环己烷-氯仿-醋酸乙酯-甲酸(20∶5∶8∶0.1)为展开剂,用 10%硫酸乙醇溶液显色,选用单波长直线扫描法,检测波长为 540 nm。结果 本品中熊果酸含量在 0.17～0.24 mg/g 范围内可得到良好的线性关系,r=0.998,平均加样回收率为 97.1%,RSD=1.7%。结论 本法简便、快速、准确,适用于该品的质量监控。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To establish a method for the quality of Erlongzuoci Pill. Method A method of thin-layer densitometry to determine Ursolicacid, the main effective compoment from Erlongzuoci Pill was developed. The experimental conditions in the method was using C6H12-CHCl3-EtoAc-MeoH (20∶ 5∶8∶0.1) as the malle phase. Di-tetrahydropalmatine was assayed by single-wavelength TLC-scanning method with 540 nm. Results The calibration curve was in good linearity over the concentration range of 0.17～0.24 mg/g (r =0.998). The average recovery was 97.1%, RSD was 1.7% (n =7). Conclusion The method is simple, rapid, accurate, and is suitable for the quality control of drug preparation factory and clinical application.更多还原
