【摘要】 目的观察新鲜羊膜移植治疗角膜溃疡的疗效。方法将新鲜健康胎盘羊膜移植角膜缘外3 mm浅层巩膜上,促使角膜上皮生长和溃疡愈合,治疗23例23眼角膜溃疡。结果21眼溃疡愈合,前房积脓吸收形成不同程度的角膜瘢痕,2眼在移植早期羊膜溃烂溶解。结论新鲜羊膜移植是治疗角膜溃疡的有效方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effects of fresh amnion transplantation on corneal ulcer.Methods Fresh and healthy placenta amnion was transplanted onto surface of sclera of 3mm from limbus corneae.stimulated growth of corneal epithelium and healing of ulcer,23 cases(23 eyes) of corneal ulcer were treated.Results Twenty-one eyes of corneal ulcer were cured,and in different degree of corneal scar induced by absorption of hypopyum.Amnion was ulcerated and dissolved in early of grafting in 2 eyes.Conclusion Fresh amniotic membrane grafting is effective for the treatment of corneal ulcer.更多还原
