窄头橐吾化学成分的研究
Study on chemical constituents from Ligularia stenocephala
【摘要】 目的研究窄头橐吾根部的化学成分。方法采用柱层析(CC)对窄头橐吾根部的提取物进行分离提纯,并利用现代波谱方法(1H-NMR,13CNMR,HMBC,MS,IR)分析鉴定,确定其化合物的结构。结果从该植物的乙酸乙酯部分分离出5个化合物,它们的结构分别鉴定为:木栓醇(1),木栓酮(2),2-异丙基-5-乙酰基-6-羟基苯并呋喃(3),5,6-二甲氧基-2-异丙基苯并呋喃(4),谷甾醇(5)。结论化合物1~5均为已知化合物,并首次从该植物中分离而得。
【Abstract】 Objective To study the chemical constituents of the roots of Ligularia stenocephala. Methods The compounds were isolated by means of silica gel column chromatography (CC) and elucidated by spectroscopic experiments (1H-NMR,13CNMR, HMBC,MS,UV,IR).Results Five compounds were obtained and established as friedelinol (1), friedelin(2),5-acetyl-6-hydroxy-2-isopropenyl-benzofuran (3), 5,6-dimethoxy-2-isopropenylbenzofuran (4),β-sitosterol (5). Conclusion Compounds 1~5 were all isolated from this plant for the first time.
