【摘要】 目的了解抑癌基因PTEN在食管癌(EC)中的最新研究进展。方法检索并分析近5年国内外有关PTEN与EC研究的文献。结果在EC组织中,PTEN基因突变发生频率比较低,但PTEN蛋白表达下调则很普遍,并且与EC的病理分级和预后相关。结论抑癌基因PTEN低表达可能参与了EC的发生发展,进一步研究EC与PTEN基因的关系有重要的价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the new progresses in tumor suppressor gene PTEN and esophageal carcinoma(EC).Methods The international research literatures about PTEN and EC in recent 5 years were reviewed.Results The PTEN gene mutations in EC were not often detected,but the reduction of the expression of PTEN was a common thing.The expression of PTEN protein was closely related with pathological staging and prognosis.Conclusion The decreased expression of PTEN may play an important role in the occurrence and development of EC.更多还原
