【摘要】 目的　研究氯氮平及利培酮对精神分裂症(SP)患者敌对性的疗效及副反应的影响。方法　采用随机对照方法,对4 2例服用氯氮平和4 3例服用利培酮的SP患者分别在入组时、治疗后2、4、8、12周评定阳性和阴性症状量表(PANSS)和副反应量表(TESS)。结果　(1)两组在治疗后2、4、8、12周PANSS总分与治疗前比较明显下降,差异均有显著性(P<0 .0 5 ) ;敌对项目在治疗后第2周开始降低,且降低的程度利培酮高于氯氮平,两组敌对性改变之间有显著性差异(P<0 .0 1)。(2 )两组有效性之间无显著性差异(P>0 .0 5 )。(3)嗜睡、锥体外系副反应及内分泌改变三项在两组之间的差异有显著性(P<0 .0 5 )。结论　氯氮平与利培酮对SP敌对症状均有较好的疗效,但利培酮对SP患者敌对性疗效优于氯氮平。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effects of clozapine and risperidone on hostility and side effects in patients with schizophrenia(SP).Methods The SP patients were randomly assigned to two groups,42 cases were treated with clozapine and a control group of 43 patients treated with risperidone.Both groups were assessed with the positive and negative syndrome (PANSS) and the side effects were evaluated with TESS before and 2,4,8,12 weeks after treatment.Results (1)The total score of PANSS in both groups were lower in 2,4,8,12 weeks of post-treatment than pre-treatment (P<0.05);the score of hostility began to decrease in the second week,and risperidone had the greater extent of decrease than clozapine in post-treatment of 2,4,8,12 weeks,and the changes of hostility in both groups were significant different(P<0.01).(2)There was no significant difference between the efficiency of clozapine group and risperidone group(P>0.05).(3)There was significant difference between the side effects of clozapine group and risperidone group in somnolence,extracorticospinal tract side effect,endocrine alteration(P<0.05).Conclusion The clozapine and risperidone are effective for hostility symptoms in SP patients,but risperidone has greater effects on hostility symptoms than clozapine.更多还原
