【摘要】 目的　研究兔肝细胞在琼脂支架上的生长情况。方法　将营养琼脂、小牛血清、抗生素按一定比例制成固体支架,取乳兔肝细胞,作原代培养,观察细胞在固体支架上生长繁殖情况。结果　兔肝细胞能够在琼脂支架上生长。结论　以营养琼脂、胎牛血清、抗生素按一定比例制成固体支架,可以用来培养动物软组织细胞。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the possibility of rabbit hepatocytes cultured on the agar scaffold.Methods Hepatocytes obtained from the new born rabbit were cultured on the agar scaffold made up of agar,embryo cattle strum and antibiotics,then observed the growth and proliferation of the cells. Results Rabbit hepatocytes grown well on agar scaffold. Conclusion The scaffold made of agar,embryo cattle serum and antibiotics could be used to culture parenchyma cells of animals.更多还原
