【摘要】 目的　探讨精神分裂症(SP)患者抗精神病药物氯氮平治疗前后免疫球蛋白及补体水平的变化。方法　采用免疫透射比浊法对83例首次发病的SP患者(观察组)和92例体检健康者(对照组)血清免疫球蛋白Ig G、Ig A、Ig M及补体C3、C4 水平进行检测。结果　观察组治疗前Ig G、Ig M、C3水平显著高于对照组(P<0 .0 5 ,P<0 .0 1,P<0 .0 1) ,经氯氮平治疗3d后血清Ig G、Ig M、C3均有不同程度下降;Ig G水平于7d时已恢复到正常,而于15 d时显著低于治疗前(P<0 .0 5 ) ;1个月后C3也恢复到正常水平,与治疗前比较明显降低(P<0 .0 5 ) ;Ig M虽有下降趋势,但仍高于正常对照组(P<0 .0 5 ) ,且治疗前后比较无显著性差异(P>0 .0 5 ) ;而Ig A、C4治疗前后比较及治疗前后与对照组比较均无显著性差异(P>0 .0 5 )。结论　抗精神病药物氯氮平能改善SP患者的免疫功能。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the changes of some immune indices in schizophreniac (SP) patients before and after chozapine treatment.Methods The serum IgG,IgM,IgA,C 3 and C 4 were measured with immunoturbidimetry in 83 SP patients before and after the treatment of clozapine,and were compared with 92 healthy subjects of control group.Results Before treatment,the levels of IgG,IgM,C 3 were significantly higher than that of control group (P<0.05,P<0.01,P<0.01,respectively).Compared with the control group,the levels of IgG, IgM and C 3 in treatment group began to descent after 3 days of clozapine treatment.The IgG level was recorved normal after 7 days of clozapine treatment, After one month,there was no significant difference in C 3 level between the patients and the controls(P>0.05), and there was significant difference before and after treatment in levels of IgG and C 3 (P<0.05,P<0.05),while the IgM level had downward trends but there was no significant difference before and after treatment (P>0.05).There was no significant difference in comparison of levels of the IgA and C 4 between pretreatment and post-treatmwent and between both groups.Conclusion The antipsychotic clozapine can improve the immunological function for SP patients.更多还原
