苯甲酸雌二醇对氢溴酸东莨菪碱致损小鼠学习记忆的保护作用

【摘要】 目的观察苯甲酸雌二醇(EB)对氢溴酸东莨菪碱(scop)引起小鼠学习记忆获得障碍的保护作用。方法36只小鼠随机分为4组scop诱导的学习和记忆损伤组(模型组),EB高、中、低剂量组,每组9只。模型组,连续7d每日腹腔注射花生油溶剂0.2ml/只,EB高、中、低剂量组连续7d每日分别腹腔注射EB0.3mg·kg-1,0.1mg·kg-1,0.03mg·kg-1,30min后用水迷宫法测定其游出时间。d7模型组注射花生油20min后,EB各组腹腔注射EB20min后腹腔注射scop3mg·kg-1,10min后测定游出时间。结果scop致损后EB高、中、低剂量组的游出时间明显较模型组短,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论EB对scop致学习记忆损伤有显著的改善作用。

【Abstract】 Objective To study the protective effects and mechanism of estradiol benzoate(EB)on learning and memory impairment induced by scopolamine hydrobromide(scop) in mice.Methods Thirty-six mice were randomly divided into four groups:the scop group(n=9),the high-dose EB group(n=9),the intermediate-dose EB group(n=9)and the low-dose EB group(n=9).The scop group was performed with intraperitoneal injection of peanut oil (0.2 ml each mice)successively for 7 d.The high-dose,the intermediate-dose and the low-dose groups were performed with intraperitoneal injection of EB 0.3 mg·kg~-1 ,0.1 mg·kg~-1 ,0.03 mg·kg~-1 respectively,for 7 d continuously.Swimming time of mice was tested with water maze at 30 min later for six days continuously.The scop group was injected with peanut oil in the 7 th day and the EB groups was injected with EB at 20 minutes later, and scop was administered intraperitoneally in the EB groups.Swimming time was tested 10 min later.Results The average swimming time in injured mice with the high-dose,the intermediate-dose,the low-dose EB groups were obviously shorter than that of the scop group(P<0.05).Conclusion EB can obviously improve the learning and memory impairment induced by scop.
