31m 立式淬火炉多变量测控系统研究
Multi-Variable Temperature Measurement and Control System Research of 31m Vertical Quench Furnace
【摘要】 以某铝业集团 31m立式强制空气循环淬火炉为研究对象 ,建立了反映大型淬火炉径向温度场空间分布特性的热力学平衡方程 ,通过数值分析结果修正淬火炉的温度测量值 ,提供了保证系统温度控制准确度和精度的理论依据 ,并且根据大型淬火炉多个区段之间具有强耦合的特性 ,采用多变量解耦自学习 PID控制算法保证炉内温度轴向分布的均匀性 .整个系统采用工控机和触摸屏协同工作的冗余结构来实现 ,大大提高了系统运行可靠性 .
【Abstract】 Taking the 31m vertical forced air circulation quench furnace as the object, this paper set up thermodynamic balance equations, which reflect the radial temperature distribution in the furnace. Then the temperature measured values are modified by the result of numerical analysis, which ensure the control precision of system temperature. And based on the characteristic of strong coupling between the multi zones in the large scale furnace, the multivariable decoupling self learning PID control algorithm is used to guarantee the homogeneity of the axial temperature distribution. The redundant structure composed of industrial control computer and touch panel leads to further improvement in reliability of system.
