水固比对水热合成硬硅钙石球形团聚体的影响

【摘要】 将石灰料浆和粉状石英犤Ca2+/Si4+=0.99∶1(摩尔比)犦混合,在动态水热合成条件下,于220℃保温6h,合成硬硅钙石球形团聚体。实验表明,水固比对硬硅钙石球形团聚体的形成有很大的影响,水固比过小很难合成硬硅钙石球形团聚体,水固比过大球形粒子形状不够完整且较疏松。并研究水固比对反应条件(温度、压力)和对硬硅钙石坯体干燥收缩的影响。

【Abstract】 Eakleite spherical coacervate was synthesized by mixing lime paste and powdered quartz with mol ratio of Ca2+/Si4+=0.99:1,under dynamic hydrothermal synthesis and at 220℃ keeping for 6 hours.The experiments showed that water-solid ratio has great influence on the forming of eakleite spherical coacervate.If the water-solid ratio is too low,it is very difficult to synthesize eakleite spherical coacervate,and if the ratio is too high,shapes of spherical is not orbicular and loosen.The influence of water-solid ratio on reaction conditions (temperature,pressure) and on dry and shrinkage of eakleite body has also been studied.
