社区健康教育工作研究——深圳市“健康家庭行动”示范社区项目的实践与体会

【摘要】 如何开展社区健康教育工作,是大家共同关注的问题,为了认真探索社区健康教育工作的模式和经验,2000年我们开展了“健康家庭行动”示范项目,通过争取政府重视,政策支持,部门配合和动员广大社区居民的积极参与,运用“五教一体”、“四网并用”的家庭健康教育模式,采用卫生服务进家庭,健康教育进家庭方法,使社区健康教育工作取得了良好的成效,项目工作圆满成功。实践使我们认识到,开展社区健康教育工作除了政府支持、办事处的努力之外,能否充分发挥社区居委会和社区健康服务中心的作用,是搞好社区健康教育工作的成败关键。更多还原

【Abstract】 The problem that how to develop the health and education work of community is the problem that we must face together. For seriously search the model and experience of the health and education work of community, in 2000, we developed the demonstration project o“f health family action”. Through strive for the lay store by government, support of policies, adaption of Department and mobilize the active participate of vast residents in community, apply the family health education model of“ incorporated of five education methods” and“ use four nets together”, adopt the methods of health service entering family and health method entering family, the health education work in community obtains good effect, and the item work is consummation. The experience let us know that except for the support of government and effort of office, the success-fail key of health education work in community is how to fully display the action of neighborhood committee and health service center of community.更多还原
