网络信息资源的开发与利用研究
【摘要】 随着信息时代的到来,网络信息资源已经成为我国十分重要的战略资源。本文先介绍了网络信息资源的定义、特点以及现状,有着重的阐述了信息资源的开发与利用。
【Abstract】 With the coming of information times, network information resource has been a important strategic resource. The article discusses the definition, characteristic and present situation of network information resource, and then mainly discusses its exploiting and using.
