对金融分业经营与混业经营的思考

【摘要】 自1933年以来美国等西方国家实行金融分业管制以来,金融分业与混业一直是一个很有争议性的话题。尤其在目前,随着金融交易技术进步、信息处理和传输手段改进,金融自由化和金融活动全球一体化趋势不断加强,越来越多的国家纷纷放弃原先的金融分业管制政策,越来越多金融机构热衷于兼并收购和多元化经营,现实金融形势的变化不仅进一步提高了理论界对这个话题的关注程度,也迫使金融管理当局及政府决策部门面临着艰难的选择。本文从金融混业现象的动因出发,分析了金融混业现象,以及结合发展中国家的实际,论述我国未来金融体制的结构性选择。更多还原
