髓过氧化物酶和超敏C反应蛋白在冠心病中的对比研究
A comparative study on myeloperoxidase and high sensitive C reactive protein in serum of patients with coronary heart disease
【摘要】 目的探讨髓过氧化物酶(MPO)和超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)血清水平在冠心病(CHD)中的变化及其诊断价值。方法采用病例对照研究,定量检测98例CHD患者和55例健康对照组血清MPO和hs-CRP的水平。结果①CHD组血清MPO水平[(229.3±67.1)U/mlvs(99.7±28.7)U/ml,t=13.6,P<0.001]和hs-CRP水平[(2.2±0.9)mg/Lvs(1.1±0.6)mg/L,t=8.1,P<0.01]均明显高于健康对照组。②经Pearson相关分析发现,血清MPO与hs-CRP水平只有弱相关关系(r=0.34,P=0.013)。结论髓过氧化物酶和超敏C反应蛋白可能通过不同的病理机理参与冠心病的发生、发展,两者对冠心病的诊断均有一定的价值。
【Abstract】 Objective The changes of myeloperoxidase (MPO) and high sensitive C reactive protein (hs- CRP) wereinvestigated in serum of patients with coronary heart disease (CHD). Methods The levels of MPO and hs- CRP wereassessed in serum of 98 CHD patients and 55 healthy people. Results ①Serum levels of MPO[ (229.3±67.1) U/ml vs( 99.7±28.7) U/ml, t=13.6, P<0.001] and hs- CRP [ (2.2±0.9) mg/L vs ( 1.1±0.6) mg/L, t=8.1, P<0.01] were bothsignificantly higher in CHD patients than in healthy people. ② The serum levels of MPO were only weakly correlatedwith serum levels of hs- CRP (r=0.34, P=0.013). Conclusion MPO and hs- CRP are both involved in the prevalenceand development of CHD through independent pathological mechanisms, suggesting that MPO and hs- CRP might beuseful for CHD diagnosis.
