【摘要】 目的对照平板运动试验与冠状动脉造影结果,探讨T波正常化在诊断冠心病中的价值。方法选择符合标准的84例患者行平板运动试验和冠状动脉造影,观察运动试验引起的T波正常化与冠状动脉造影阳性之间的关系,并分别与运动试验阳性、阴性的冠状动脉造影结果相对比。结果84例中T波正常化11例,其中冠造阳性7例,运动试验阳性53例,其中冠造阳性34例;运动试验阴性20例,其中冠造阳性5例。结论T波正常化者冠造阳性率63.6%,与传统运动试验阳性标准相比较无显著性差异,所以可以将T波正常化作为运动试验阳性的新指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the relationship of T wave normalization(TWN) during exercise testing and coronary angiography(CAG),search the significance of TWH for diagnose coronary heart disease(CAD) Methods To evaluate 84 consecutive patients. All patients underwent exercise testing and CAG. They were divide into 3 groups,compared each other for exercise testing and CAG. Results 11 patients showed exercise-induced TWN,7 of these patients showed positive in CAG;53 patients showed positive in exercise testing,34 of them showed positive for CAG;20 patients showed passive in exercise testing,5 of them showed positive in CAG.Conclusion There have no difference in statistics between TWH and those positive in exercise testing for diagnose CAD. TWH can worked as a marker foe diagnose CAD.更多还原
