慢波热挤压装置的热-结构耦合分析与设计
Thermal-structure coupling analysis and design of slow-wave squeezing
【摘要】 利用ANSYS软件,对某型行波管TWT慢波部分的装配热挤压装置,进行热-结构耦合分析。通过灵敏度关系得出合理的热挤压装置设计参数,用以指导物理测试和装配工艺过程,并最终实现精确温控热挤压装配。
【Abstract】 The coupling thermal-structure of the assembled thermal-squeezing device in TWT slow wave part of some type is analyzed by utilizing ANSYS software.According to the intelligence,reasonable heat squeezing device parameter is produced,for guiding physical test and constuctional craft process.Accurate temperature controlling and themal squeezing assemble function are finally realized.
